Designing Extraordinary Lanterns for Extraordinary Homes!

Handcrafted Copper Gas and Electric Lanterns

Gas Lanterns become functional art when each light is an original sculpted by hand. My focus is working with homeowners and designers who would like their lanterns to be a "piece" for their home. Your home is your sanctuary.  Choose your lanterns carefully.  You will see them everyday and they will influence your thoughts and feelings more than you think.  I work with highly skilled artisans to create unique pieces of lighting that are important in creating an environment that will inspire, support, nurture and create lasting memories and traditions.

Please be aware that it takes 6-12 weeks to make the lanterns.

"We have hired Sheryl do do multiple jobs for us at Bill Ingram Architect over the years, and the reason why is because of her attention to detail. Her lanterns have the look and feel of an older lantern, the scale and proportions are right and the craftsmanship is always on point. She is always friendly and willing to work with us on any project we have, as well as any changes that might come up.
I would highly recommend her if you need any type of lantern, no matter the style! "

"Sheryl and her team provided design consultation, design detailing and the manufacture of 7 different styles of gas lanterns for our "old world" residence in Northern California. Never have I been so impressed with the quality and the information provided by a provider. Sheryl and her team were very responsive, very helpful and generally there whenever we needed her. The product shipped last month and we received it in good time, and opened up the boxes to see a wonderful surprise - beautfiul looking lanterns, absolutely beautiful lanterns. My client was extremely happy and the completed product will carry the theme that much further. Thanks!"

"The Gas Lamps are wonderful.  We always expected them to be beautiful but they far exceeded our expectations!  Really beautifully done!"

The copper lanterns have a lifetime warranty on the copper body.  Please note that we do not warranty the finish.  The lanterns are copper and will age and add character over time.  Any metal that is exposed to the environment will react....not just copper.  The patina finish is a natural or living finish.  Copper forms a protective patina.  It does not corrode.  Lanterns can be painted with heat resistant paint if you have to have a consistent look.  However, copper is a naturally beautiful metal and looks antique on it's own.  Enjoy the natural beauty of the lantern!

Steel Brackets are zinc primed and powder coated.  Steel components have a one year warranty.  There is no warranty on glass.  Electronic ignition has a one year warranty.
