Do Not turn on a lantern without the transformer connected! It will ruin the electronic ignition as it is low voltage!
Transformer Specifications Requirements
We recommend one transformer per lantern! It is possible to have more than one lantern per transformer but it is better to just have a separate transformer for each lantern. We ship the lanterns with the transformers installed unless you request them to be loose.
The transformer has to be:
24 Volt A.C. Class II
(This is a magnetic coil type -not electronic coil type)
The electronic ignition system for each lantern requires 12Va per lantern which is approximately 1/2 amp (.5) @ 24 volts per lantern.
